As a Solus
Suzuki Main Dealer, our performance (in respect to customer satisfaction)
is monitored ongoing throughout the year, and the results are collated
and published as a league table once a year.
Redcar Motorcycles achieved the number one position in 2003, and were
also voted runners-up in 2004, and now we are very pleased to announce
that we have achieved the highest standard again this year and were
presented with the SUZUKI DEALER OF THE YEAR 2008 award
at the recently held annual dealer conferance.
Plus SUZUKI OWNERS CLUB OF GREAT BRITAIN voted us
their dealer of the year 2006 & 2008. We have also just been named
as EAST MIDLANDS DEALER OF THE YEAR for 2008 by the
readers of RIDE magazine ,keeping us right up there
at the top!
We are EXTREMELY proud of all these achievements, and would like to
say a big "thank you" to all our customers who took the
time to complete and return the survey questionnaires.
